Meet Our Team

Wayne J. M. Karim
Witnessing the tragic effects of alcoholism and substance abuse on his biological father, and the challenges of his two younger brothers diagnosed with severe autism, Wayne was inspired to study medicinal chemistry in order to explore how molecular and biological technologies could be leveraged to transcend cognitive and behavioral boundaries, deepen connection, and foster understanding.
His battle through chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant following diagnosis with very Severe Aplastic Anemia (vSAA), as well as fighting felony drug charges for his work as a psychedelic chemist, are foundational to his motivation to offer legal, accessible and effective wellness products that support vitality without limitation by medical, legislative, or economic barriers.

Nathan T. Carnley
After spending several years recovering from an injury sustained while in the military, Nathan transitioned into working as a massage therapist in order to help others who were struggling with physical injuries and pain.

Through this line of work and the natural evolution that it took for him, he eventually came to work with people in the realm of subconscious repatterning and self development that was enhanced via psychoactive substances. In this area, he both experienced and witnessed many people having profound and life altering experiences. However, he felt that there was an element that was missing.

His work with Felictis is the most recent evolution of this, serving to bring people many of the same benefits, and more, that they were able to experience in his previous line of work, albeit in a fashion that is more sustainable and integrated.

We're Nate and Wayne. We have both seen first-hand how impactful healing can be when mindfully applied. Together, we founded Felicitis upon the belief that everyone deserves the agency to positively affect their well-being, no matter their circumstances.
Driven by separate experiences, we each bring complimentary elements to the goal of making this kind of support accessible, affordable, and effective.
